And mrS would say his social dread and the effort he had to make to go outside got worse when he wfh more often. She is still getting headaches, still really fearful, and I still don’t know whether barrelling through it or trying to help is the right approach. She isn’t allergic to cats or grass and is only mildly to house dust so that leaves anxiety as the most likely culprit behind the breathing difficulties.

She doesn't talk a lot to her friends but they're in constant contact via IG DMs, judging by the amount her phone buzzes. I did have to tell her to get off the phone at 4.20am today, but I don't think she does any night calling during the week.
