Pretty much perfect for me, just a hint of a breeze but with such a big event plenty of people to hide behind and it was tailwind for the last third once we were spread out and desperate

whiteflash Apr 2023 7:28am, 17 Apr 2023 404 posts	0 whiteflash Good running as ever. Well done Lee super quick. Nice ones for JDA, Gus and Fergus too. I finally conquered it and claimed a 2.57. Weather was perfect. I realised the Garmin was out by mile 4 or 5 and it steadily got worse. I had consistent pace and although felt quite sick from mile 23, managed to maintain without a deterioration. I think i can probably go 2 minutes quicker in similar ideal conditions but for the moment I’m enjoying the it starts with a 2 feeling!
