I don't feel ready (some disturbed sleep last night and a busy day), but I never do. But come the morning I'm making it a goal to stay positive all the way round. I'm 32808 for anyone interested at home and for anyone on the course I'll be in a white cap, blue vest and my running style sends my feet out to the sides as I run!

Today was brutal and it looks to have wiped out the whole sub3 group in one fell swoop! Apart from Chris who kept the torch alight...well done mate, phenomenal time in the conditions!
