Good going Zobra! Just 19 seconds to trim off.
Most of my local parkruns are under snow and ice and canceled last week, hoping they are back on this sat.
Its been an odd one training with the snow, I feel more then confident going and running in it but not enough to do intervals so its long mileage steady runs until I can get some better grip.
Buggy run for me this sat if parkrun is on, that suits me as the mileage I am putting in at the moment my legs won't have a sub 20 in them.

Another cancelled parkrun yesterday, wasn't going to be going out for a time anyway. The good news today though is that it rained last night and it has cleared the snow!
Long run today and then if the snow goes away intervals on Tuesday!

Good luck for Sunday Zobra! How's the training going?
Seems pretty quiet on here, "just the two or us" lol
I managed to get back to intervals today, nothing crazy to start with mind. I think my leg are shredded after last weeks tough running on the deep snow, felt KNACKERED to say the least. No speed in my tired legs.
5 steady miles tomorrow and I have a 10k race next month so I really wont to get back on the speed wagon ASAP.

I'm here but there's no 5ks til March or April down in the South West, so I have to sit tight until then.

Yeah ,I really doubt the value of slogging through the mud and snow, despite what the X Country enthusiasts say....Keep us advised , Chrisull

No parkrun Chris? I don't know how I would cope!
8 mile run for me today, at the 7th mile I thought......chill.....you have a long run planned for tomorrow so REALLY slowed down and treated it as a "Cool Down", got back, uploaded and found it was a benchmark 8 miles, fastest 8 miles ever! lol.
Where the hell did that come from? Mud and Snow running I reckon Zobra
Surprised to say the least, back on track from being ill now I reckon, time to give it sum in training once more.
"Last one to sub 19 gets the drinks in!"
PB at 19:59 so I have a way to go.

my nearest parkrun has a couple of hills and two laps, so four hills makes for slow parkrun pb's
