I'm trying to be, Sharkie :)

I'm generally pretty good at making sure I meet externally imposed deadlines, it's when I'm doing stuff just for myself and there's no real consequence for not doing it that I find it much harder to focus and make myself get on with things.

for example I was going to do yoga again yesterday, but then i was late leaving work and we had to walk the dogs and it was my turn to make dinner and then I wanted to soak in the bath, so yoga got squeezed out even though it would only have taken 20 minutes.

I'll make sure I do it tonight, though.

Having started working with weights by doing a kettlebell class yesterday I need to figure out how to continue without going to the gym. I'm thinking pressups, tricep dips and maybe some squats and light arm & shoulder work (I haven't got any weights heavier than 3kg at home), just to keep the momentum up before returning to kettlebells next week.

Night owl calling.

Have done a bit and corner by shredder is going down didn't do any yesterday by the time I got in and ate itvwas late and conscious using shredder was not a good idea. They should make shredders with a silent mode.

However off tomorrow have a council visit tomorrow so will use the morning while I wait to shred. Maybe declutter a few more things

Yeah it's tricky working out how best to proceed with limited equipment at home. We've got dumbbells up to 10kgs and a bench but it's still nothing like going to the gym.

Press-ups and tricep dips are always good though - and perhaps fast deep squats with the 3s would be good? Say 3 x 10 (that's what I'm doing atm but with 5s or 6s.) And of course there's always stuff like burpees and squat jumps if you can stand it.

Hi Night Owl!

You could also do food planning - as per your blog - forgive me if you've already sprung (flown) into action on this one!

(how's the shoulder?)

Thank you Sharkie - I have nervous knees but will look at those more dynamic moves too.
