Today's project new job actions may be to call the agency with the apartment I want to view next week, but more likely will be confined to wrapping up things in my current job and getting on with the thorough house clean and tidy. Not very exciting, but stuff that needs to be done nonetheless.

I think I have decided what I will start in September and I can do it while away on holiday.
I need to some form of other exercise rather than running, cycling and walking so a year or so ago I was given a daily list of core work to do - am going to start that up again. Starting tonight.
It not a huge amount, but its a start and will review at the end of the month

I went to the doctors to book an appt about my occasional dips in mental health. I’ve been putting that off for almost exactly a year
And I posted a late card with money to my 18yo god child that I had been putting off ever since I realised I was going to be late

Hello starters!
AL - the James Dunne course sounds exciting, hope you get lots from it. It's great having your OWN running form analyzed - he's pretty trustworthy and 'real'.
McGoo - g'wan, g'wan, g'wan sign upfor the gym. It's notlike you don;t have a billion other 'things' on the go....
Linds - no capacity for anything new as such ... but there are ways you can start streamlining, improving and ENJOYING all the things you do do.... (saying no more often being one of them! xxx)
Fleecy - trampolining sounds such fun and I know it's great exercise.
Pen - have you now fitted the inner tubes. Just checking! Looking forward to hearing about your re-newed bike riding.
Lizzie - When's the next archery session? Weekend? And for running with your beginner friend, not always as easy as it sounds.
Raemond - You are busy. You sound pretty focused about getting things done, do you think you are?
Mandy - Yeah start those exercises tonight, tick off another session tomorrow ... and you're up and running. Up and core-ing anyway.
As for you Dipps.... Bloody well done! xxx

Great choice Mrs. J.
Driver of the Day is Dipps.
Dipps - here's my explanation again, you don't have to choose immediately, and I know you know all about strats and drive phase.
'A few pages ago I mentioned the idea of a Drive Phase of the Day: In sprint terms (and why not) it's about getting out of the blocks AND into your drive phase! (Rather than finding and doing new things every day.)
Newt Jinglers will be familiar with the concept of a daily 'winner' (although it's not about winning). Instead of a New Thing of the day the selector will choose someone who has entered the drive phase of their Something. That's the push forward bit after leaving the blocks (starting).'

Sharkie - next archery is Saturday. Disappointing realisation my garden is not long enough to practice (?sp), although I could stand in the living room with the French doors open? Hmm.
