Inspired by this thread I have bought a second hand Covent Garden soup book. Inspired by that I decided to use up some veg making a veg stock. The veg is just *going over* so needs using up. However, my go-to casserole pot isn't big enough, so I've now ordered a big new stock pot too

Oh was it you who recommended it? My soup maker will take a few days so I bought some emergency cans to leave at work Got broccoli and Stilton which I’ve never tried and cauliflower and wendlesdale
