And while I'm in EA rant mode...when they set up their new race listing website I contacted them to ask if Brighton marathon and London marathon had race permits as the permits weren't on the website. A simple yes or no was all I asked, no reply at all |

Shades-I haven't had that email,maybe I unsubscribed at some point. OH said she enjoyed it,don't remember her saying that as we were doing it though 🤣 |

Ian - speedwork always feels more enjoyable when it's done. Worth looking at that survey, took me longer than the 5-10 minutes as I gave my opinion in a few places. But suggested benefits to non club members very good, £2 race discount, Sportsshoes discount etc., etc. |

Went to the park so it's easier to pace myself so I didn't die at the end.It is always a bit slower that way as the last 3m are basically uphill but overall it felt a lot better than Sunday. |

Shades-I felt ok in myself,it was only during and after my run,so was hoping it was just a couple of days.
