A trip to the dentists this morning for my check up. Just four days early.

Ran out of toothpaste last night, so I dipped my hand into the washbag I take on holiday which contains pharmaceuticals I might need as well as shampoo, toothpaste etc. I was a bit bleary eyed, but I don't recommend brushing your teeth with Savlon. |

I was trying on a running bra (pull on type) which felt a bit tight. I really couldn't get it off despite much wriggling and had to get Mr SD to rescue me 😳🤦♀️ (thankfully I was at home!).

A blessing that it wasn’t Anusol! |

Years ago I had a front loader, which was so easy. I can’t understand why they don’t seem to be made any more. |

Concerned that my vision had gone blurry this morning *after* putting in my contact lenses. Then realised I already had my lenses in and was now wearing two pairs. Swiftly followed by preparing a stove-top pot of coffee, then 20 minutes later realising I had not turned on the hob. I'm going back to bed. |

Fitz - take both sets of contact lenses out before you go back to bed!

Having a bit of a day of it. Put pants and T-shirt on back to front this morning and I’ve just wondered why the kettle wasn’t boiling. I hadn’t plugged it in. Is it too late in the day to start again?

Took me a minute to figure out why I was a touch uncomfortable.
