This weekend I had a lovely trip to Alicante with my mum, cousins, auntie and a family friend. I squeezed in a run when we arrived and was up & out for a run Saturday morning. Got home & had a soak in the bath a rare occurrence in my world. I also unpacked and put everything away I have a habit of saying I’ll do it later but feel much better today waking up to a tidy house.

Took myself out for a blowy walk in the dark when I got back before tea and that helped but it took me ages to switch off. Sunday was a longer walk with Dave, dogs and friends next to the canal and was totally fuelled by different cakes all day 😂 Played a board game in the evening with Dave which was great fun 😀 This morning I have had a lie in.
