I'm inspired by Purps, who has pledged to do something *for herself* every day in December. I'm going to do that, too. Self-care is self defined, I think. For me, it could be:
exercise read my book (not just before bed) lie down for ten mins watch a film that I've chosen go for a walk
I might add some more. Anyone else?
Today I've run a race and been climbing. This week looks manic with not a lot of chance for exercise so I'll have to be imaginative.

What a great thread.
For me I might add
Meditation cook and enjoy a proper meal - not just a throw it down you throat convenience Be sociable - go and interact with people by choice not as an adjunct to something you were doing anyway

This is lovely. 💖🙂 Today I did my weight training session early so I’d have plenty of time to rest.
Will think more imaginatively for self-care opportunities for the rest of the week too, LindsD. I will also be quite busy.
