Something starting at the back of my throat, so no run for me today.
But I'll use that time wisely and get the slow cooker going. I'm at work till 7 so I have the chance to look after myself by looking after myself 😀

Well done everyone, especially those who have not had positive days but have managed to find 5 mins to do something for themselves. Little acorns grow into large Oak trees which are big and strong.

Love your post WW - we are little growing acorns.
I did sportfit last night, came home and rather than stressing about my ever increasing to do list I pulled up my big girl pants and made lunch for today, rearranged the front room 20 times deciding where to put the Christmas tree, located said Christmas tree and gave myself 10min me time before heading to bed. Had a restful sleep and feeling more in tune today.

The Scribbler
I had a late night with friends round on Sunday night, so opted to work from home on Monday. The time I would have spent on the commute allowed me to have a bit more sleep and finish the clearing up, for which Mr S was very grateful.
Today I'm not worrying about filling out a timesheet when I have no work to log and I've been for a nice long walk listening to the Fetch podcast.
