What: (very slow for me) walk with mum to the ice cream place across the river, 4.4M total Why: because I am a good daughter and I don't leave mum behind! Last hard: Friday Last rest: Thursday @Derby Tup : Arran! I only really know it from the wool and jumper patterns. Like everything else with a great knitting tradition, it's on my list. @Rosehip : sprinty strides are fun! Nice work from all the parkrunners and volunteers!

Legs felt good but last couple of miles or so left arm a bit stiff after having Covid jab in it (and flu jab in right arm) this afternoon. Quicker 2nd 10 miles than first so pleased with that. Why - marathon end of November Last hard - Sunday Last rest - Saturday last week
