Nice to see Yorkshire Pie, Mandy Moo and Meadows Boy run/walking and threading!
Good park run there MB.
A lonely 5.30am runner Lip Gloss?! I have run early mornings for most of my running years in order to be alone out there! I don't think I'll change to a different time ...ever!!
Great that you ran that run all the way Pam .
Another 5k this morning with variable run/walk for half of it and then just 20/25. I'm very aware of how my chest feels and it'll be very frustrating until my CT scan which could be some months away. I'll still hit well over 1,000 miles for the year as planned.

30:30 for 2 miles to meet up with the other run leaders then 5k at 60:30 followed by coffee and cake, then a 2 mile walk back to the car. Very enjoyable morning.

I did jog-sprint-walk this morning, which isn't quite the same thing, but I'm claiming it!
2 x 5 x (15 seconds jog- 15 seconds sprint - 30seconds walk)

10km race run-walked (2min run, 30sec walk). Time of 01:01:25. It was a pretty route but canal towpaths which are not good for run-walk as they were quite narrow so awkward to pass other runners. Hoping that doing c25k will help me (sensibly!) increase the run sections although I suspect I may stick with run-walk as it'll be kinder on my joints long term

Jen right now I’d be happy with that 10k time so my race in a couple of weeks will probably be a run/walk.

Did a mix and match session today

Started with 30/30
then 45/30 finished with 60/45

Managed 4.32 in 13:33 pacing which I'm happy with

GM inspired me
I went for a run with the mindset of run non stop for at least a mile
6.25m later I stopped
OMG!
