I wouldn’t log a walk as a run but think how slow you can run - it’s slower than you think.

My personal rules are it’s intention rather than pace. If I think I’m running then it’s a run, no matter how slow

I am counting my runs as runs even though there are walking breaks in between the running. If I was going out for a walk but did the odd bit of running in between, that would still be a walk. It's quantity and intent that make the difference.
I should eventually get out for my 8k today but 9k tomorrow is extremely unlikely to happen. Never mind, I'll get back on it on Thursday. I'm not too motivated by badges

Think this is a geordie out. Went to do a couple of miles at lunchtime and my outer ankle is so tight I am worried about longer term damage or longer term out of action. Contacted a specialist to see if it’s sports massage or physio I need. Gutted beyond words but I know I’d be more gutted if i ran and made it worked and ended off with long term outage.

Wise decision, GG It's not worth risking making a tweak into a long term problem just for a silly game.
My runs are runs at the moment. There have been occasions when I've logged run-walks (usually when coming back off a break, or when a walk has met the threshold of at least two miles in length and enough running for each mile to be under 13 minutes) but at the moment I'm not multi-tasking. I suspect the virtual VMLM will be a run-walk, though.
Off to do a couple of miles towards today's total before I go to work. Future Me will be grateful.

I don’t like it when I have to quit my own personal challenges I’m my own worst enemy at times. More so when it was going so well 😩 but long term bigger picture is more important than pushing for a day or two and breaking later.

Good decision GG. Not having a day off from running can be problematic.
I will keep going if I can despite the fact I am moving house next week, OH is fine about me disappearing for an hour or two to get my run in as he says I am a much less stressed person after exercise.

Fragile Do Not Bend
I’m not going to be upset if I can’t complete it - my knees are making me aware of their presence so I’m keeping that firmly in mind. Once I run today I will have done my longest ever run streak so anything on top of that is a bonus.
