I believe once you run the total amount each day you can split it up as many times you want

Don’t want to Jinx myself but fingers crossed I should finish this and having done the least should finish on top. I’m not sure anybody else was actively trying though :-)

just joined today - not sure exactly what I am doing but 3 miles tomorrow & 1 on Friday, 2 or Sat & the 29th is the big day is that right ?

You have to do every day for a whole month ?

In which case I’m out, you can’t include walking I guess ?

About This Thread

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
