We've brought in a consultant, amazing, hire a guy for gazillions instead of doing the thing every chump who watches rugby could tell you to do.

Even the highlights on S4C could not disguise how poorly the options chosen by Wales turned out. Gifting tries to Barrett on his notable day was far too generous but hey ho.

B Rubble
Once AWJ went off I was worried Wales would not hold it together, and so it turned out as a 50 point drubbing. The defence was good enough most of the time until there was a breakdown (stalled attack, turnover, interception) and they lost at least 20 metres or the ABs scored.

Same old story with Wales against NZ, the last 15 minutes are always heartbreaking. On some of the rare closer games I’ve seen it thrown away, Mike Phillips charged down box kick, missed opportunities, interceptions and lack of composure. I can’t see Wales winning this fixture in my lifetime, certainly not by putting up the B team against them.

So Farrell has just tested positive for Covid - but may still be available to play tomorrow. How does that work?

I think they are hoping that its a false positive TR, and are testing him again today, if its still positive then he'll have to stay out.

Blessing in disguise?

Kind of hoping Smith starts.

Game of weekend is probably Scotland v Australia on Sunday.

Would be good to see Smith start, just the game to ease him into it.

You're quiet tonight rich? ;-)

Only had the score alerts, but it seems, as always, you put up a decent fight. Hoping it recorded.

I have to say I didn't even bother checking the scores last night. Worked till late and didn't need anymore stress🤣

But from reports it seems we weren't as dire as previously.

You lot know what I and every other blue black & white knows the problem is the coach/DOR whatever the title, until that changes I can't see us winning a game until we play Worcester or Irish and even then it would be a dogfight at the bottom.
