Suggests an infection rate about the same as the rest of the country.

Makes the front row battle more intriguing tomorrow.

So he's playing a 5 at 6, and a 7 at 8. Maybe he's decided playing just Lawes out of position doesn't give us a big enough disadvantage. WTAF?

At least Freddie is in at 15. He's been one of the standout players of the last 12 months.

I've got so disillusioned with EJ team and tactics that I've not bothered to watch the last few England matches. And that makes me sad :-(

I think the England covid protocol is to not share the same pint glass. Obviously this is a bit too intellectually demanding for the front row.

Saw a very perceptive point: if you pick 15 players all in their normal position and you win, you look like a coach with good players. If you pick a team with 3/4 players out of position and you win, you look like a genius who ‘saw something’ that mere mortal club coaches can’t.

Eddie in a nutshell.

Nutcase more like.

Scotland had the right idea against South Africa, they tried to play and move the ball wide. They just didn’t do it well enough, too many mistakes. Hogg got 2 tries but as ever an error prone performance.

I think Doris, Conan, Gibson-Park and Keenan have all played their best ever rugby for Ireland.

That’s how you beat New Zealand. Relentless pressure. Keep scoring, you need approx 30 points. And play out of your skin.
