It's good to see the Ford family finally realises they needed a decent club so they can fulfil their potential ;-)

I was sure George was meant to be off in the summer and Freddy coming back?

It does make a nice change to be able to look forward to the seasons without that feeling of impending doom.

Just caught most of the 2nd half of NZ-SA. Unbelievable intensity.

Final score NZ:29 - 31:SA

Wonderful match but dear God the legal violence and intensity was shocking.

Anyone ever been to watch England women? They are playing near me soon and am considering going. Wondering what the atmosphere is like compared to a Twickenham match.

Welcome to Fetch Fields.

I think if I had the chance to go see England women play locally I'd take it.

Feel that the quality of rugby is just as good and as a believer in equality it would a) be something I feel I should do and B) a bargain.

We have seen England women 3 times, a 6 Nation match against Ireland at the Ricoh ( double header with U20 men), against Barbarians at Twikenham ( double header with the men) and a friendly against Italy at Bedford. The atmosphere at Bedford was brilliant, smaller ground but full and all there to watch the women.

All games were great. We would have gone to watch them at Northampton, but mini Nico has a league match that day.

Wow Bristol had a shocker tonight. Harlequins with another big comeback and scored 45 unanswered points in the second half. Clinical at the breakdown and ruthless at exploiting turnover ball to score points. Barely conceded a penalty too.

They did - but don't underplay Quins. They absolutely sang last night, Smith, Dombrandt, Lynagh, Green, Esterhuizen, all had wonderful halves - and the atmosphere in the ground was immense. I've sat in the same seat for 15 years and it's been a long time (possible the 84 minutes against Stade Francais in 2008) since I can remember the Stoop rocking like that.
