Yeah I saw later, could barely see anything on the TV for the late starters. De Plus out of the race as he crashed. Ended up in an ambulance. I saw pretty much the whole Jayco team went down. Didn't hear of any injuries there. |

Considering tv cameras usually make it seem lighter than it really is it must have been very dark. Just seen a clip of the Jayco crash, almost the whole team down like skittles. |

Would have been lighter if not for the weather apparently but they should have known about the weather. Thomas said on Watts Occurring that he was on the front he braked a little and De Plus was behind and reacted which led to his crash. Sounds similar to Jayco as one guy braked and everyone reacted to that. Rowe thought both incidents were at the same corner. Dunbar came down again later as well. Ganna punctured for Ineos (not checked if they waited for him). Vingegaard punctured (Jumbo waited) Almeida punctured (UAE waited I believe) More weather expected today, Thomas calling for it to be neutralised before the circuit today on Watts Occurring. |

Still listening, Thomas says Evenepoel is on board with neutralising and he thinks all the main GC guys will be on board as well.

That looks like it needs to be avoided! Checked the results and Ineos didn't wait for Ganna. Evidently the calculation was keeping his power in the group wasn't going to gain more than they'd have lost by waiting. |
