Impressed by Froome today, thought several times he didn't have the legs, but he just had the guts to wait out the early attacks and go a bit later. GC is intriguing, much more open than TdF was, though I've found most stages fairly dull until the last few km.

Froome back in the peloton now. 5000 metres of climbing today, that,s half an Everest, Wow. Sky on the front and pacing the peloton, small break still 4minutes up the road |

What a great stage but gutted for Froome, that crash was obviously worse than it looked. Either that or he's got a good excuse for blowing up! Sitting in second in the league, but Chrisity is pulling away thanks to having Aru. I'll be backing Rodriguez on the next hill

It definitely is a case of who has most riders come the end. If Froome goes that will hit a lot of people's chances. Valverde is banged up and I read Quintana has been ill. Destruction everywhere.
