Plus from my viewing they didn't get help to him very quickly. It was obvious he was unconscious, but there didn't seem to be anybody there helping him for ages

Incredible finish... Froome not finished after all, and he could ride his way back into this in the high mountains! Dumoulin continues to surprise in the hills, great finish. Another non Tour rider it has to be noted, so obviously helping.

I don't think he was in as a contender, no. Will be interesting to see what he's like in the high mountains.
Looks like Froome will yo-yo here as he isn't in the form to follow attacks but can maintain at threshold. At first glance no-one has the form to put him away so he could win in the last week.
