I was responding to being named.
What I want to post id I did would piss you all off.
I’ll just leave it that I will be out in the pub tomorrow celebrating. Probably with a French or Italian beer. Or three.
But to address the Farage speech thing. Yeah, he was a bit of a tit. But the speech is no different from many he’s given there before. And after 27 (?) of being laughed at, I’d find it pretty difficult not to say “fuck you” too.

I do genuinely hope you enjoy your celebration tomorrow Stander. Nonetheless, what I think many of us are still waiting for is a statement of what you consider are the advantages of Brexit, apart for the satisfaction of pissing-off Remainers.

I have no intention of listing what I think the long term benefits are.
Because the majority in here are remainders - a great portion of which are Remoaners. So I could say shit was brown and they would disagree.
And it’s irrelevant now anyway.
I voted for my own perfectly sound reasons and I now look forward to those benefits being realised over time.

Stander, my request for a statement of reasons was a genuine request. I am willing to accept that thoughful Leavers have well-thought out reasons for wanting to Leave. I have indeed had interesting discussions with many Leavers though so far, few of their arguments have impressed me. However, I am alwasy eager to hear good arguments.
