Having met Stander IRL, I know that he's just as objectionable in person.

Jess Phillips has pulled out of the Labour Leadership race. I presume she wasn't going to get enough CLP/Union backing?

I wasn't totally convinced by her. I assume it's between KS and RLB now.

My local MP has come out for Starmer, which I'm delighted about. It was always going to be KS vs RLB, and the requirement to get the Unions or the CLP backing was always going to make it tough to have a lot of horses in the race - I suspect we'll only have a choice of three by the time it shakes out into ballots.

I hold no truck for Labour , but surely a political party of its standing can muster more charisma than Rebecca Wrong-Daily and Keir ( just seen a ghost ) Starmer ?

Will Greta be angry that we are flying to Korea in May to visit the in-laws and for our annual holiday?
Worst of all we are flying out in Business for the overnight flight. All thanks to an excellent BA sale and a discount code clearly aimed at those visiting friends and relatives who live abroad.
I suppose we could have taken the train, that would have involved approximately 10-12 days of travel each way, however that would consume all of our holiday entitlement!
