Let's not pretend that this only started a year ago. I recall seeing a Simon Reeve documentary where he went into Palestine and showed the conditions, it was just an open air prison really.

I did Google how many children are estimated to have been killed in the Ukraine war and I was a bit swayed by his point that the reporting is different. But perhaps my media consumption is not broad enough.

The whole situation is a mess and no one comes out of it with any credit. That includes ‘the west’. It is hard to see how we can ever resolve this.
