TomahawkMike - my father (then 83) pretty much did that for the Referendum. Although he's been a Daily Mail reader for many years he actually listened to my arguments and decided to vote for Remain as , in his mind, 'the vote isn't about me or for me'. Sadly, he's now passed on, but (every cloud..) it's one less person buying the Daily Mail..! |

So i will be voting Labour. Interesting that a disillusioned, but hopeful Son no. 3 thinks that the best outcome would be a fragile lib/lab government that lasts a year and results in all the party leaders being ousted and a real general election in about a years time.

What a fucking spanner we have as PM. I see their response to the ice sculpture is to start making noises about the C4 license. Of course we would expect such threats in a banana Republic or an authoritarian regime, but you would think we were above such things. Apparently not.
