Too Much Water
If you’re a country the size of Malta or Luxembourg, you have no choice but to become a tax haven in order to generate money. They are countries with little strategic geography, natural resources, industrial power. What else do they have?

That Corbyn sounds really nasty. I love hamsters *insert meme of terrified looking hamster face* We must do everything we can to prevent this evil man from getting his hands on the levers of power and hurting our hamsters. WS, that's amazing - my Mum votes Tory (or did) mind you and she's an immigrant living in a council house, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Stockholm syndrome? Is that what it's called? In my Mum's case it's a sort of combination of snobbery and admiration. G |

Well according to John Major, the hamster is probably safer with Corbyn than Johnson. When you've got both Heseltine and Major warning against the current Tory Party, and former Tory Chancellor Osbourne voting LiDem, then you know we're in a shitstorm! |

from the guardian a few minutes ago reportin on a BJ speech ongoing: Johnson is now speaking about the benefits from Brexit. The UK will be able to: Buy British, in government procurement Abolish the tampon tax Intervene to protect British businesses Introduce an Australian-style points-based immigration system (This may be the first time that being able to abolish the tampon tax has been cited as the second most prominent benefit from Brexit.) |

That Johnson is a genius. That tampon tax is exactly the sort of thing the man down the pub will latch onto as the madness of the EU and all other parties that support them - Labour, Lib Dems, Greens etc. He might be a complete b*stard, but he's a one with his finger on the pulse of narrow-minded, short-sighted, self-serving Great British voters. |

LBC: Boris seemed irked at being challenged on his 1995 comments by Ruth, a single mother. He didn't have much time for 'working class men' either [Spectator, 1995]. independent.co.uk |

Boris is a big supporter of single mothers. He has made it a personal crusade to create as many as he can.

It's been noted that the "buy British" thing is typically in breach of WTO rules...
