Numbers coming through are horrific. Johnson is going to beleive he has a huge mandate, and all his MP’s will be tame and compliant.
With two debates done (are there any more?) it’s only the manifesto falling apart a la May that is a real chance of momentum shift.
Why the fuck did Labour turn it’s back on moderate social democracy for this ill fated and catastrophic lurch into a 70s socialism tribute act.
Momentum and hard left are entrenched; this will be passed off as a ‘Brexit’ issue, maybe a little of Jezza so easy for them to argue that the next can off the rank deserves a shot rather than looking at themselves. I reckon there’s another electoral cycle before common sense has a chance to get re-established.
Name-calling will be called out, and Ad hominem will be frowned upon. And whatabout-ery sits somewhere above responding to tone and below contradiction.
