Don't explain anything for my benefit Stander, do it for the benefit of the many far more patient and generous posters here - and an unknown number of lurkers who might also benefit from your wisdom.
Of course, if you don't explain, they might draw the conclusion that you are simply too worn out from having typed it multiple times in different places (hint: cut and paste). Or they might draw the conclusion that you are making it up and have nothing beyond slogans and wishful thinking.
Your call.

Though to be fair Stander's apparent admission that even now three years later he doesn't begin to understand the Irish border problem does make the suggestion that he had done any sort of credible analysis before the referendum look fairly ridiculous.

I said I didn't know enough. My words.
I didn't say that I don't begin to understand the issue. Your words.
Enough. I'm completely done with you JDA. If I could block you and your comments I would.

Fetcheveryone is supposedly an inclusive website.
You sure as hell wouldn't believe so if you came in here.
I lose count of the insults hurled against Levers in this thread.
I've stopped watching this thread a number of times because of the idiocy that some remain voters display in here.
As a (now, non) runner, I've even considered leaving the site completely because of some of the behaviour in this thread alone.

Stander, as I often do, I'm going to apologise to you, because you get the brunt of the anger and frustration that those of us upset about the current Brexit position feel.
I agree with you that we should NOT be making personal insults and should try and keep our discussions about the subject, not the person.
Maybe take a break from us again for a bit.
I know I'm just another Fetchie, but could we all please try and dial it down a bit and not have a go at the person quite so much.
Anyhoodle, question re the Benn act - can the date be brought forward to request an extension from EU? The bill was brought when there was thought to be a parliamentary recess until mid Oct. Now that this was found to be nulll and void, is there not a case to say the basis for the dates in that bill was false and therefore it requires re-presenting?
Otherwise we're just going to have a paralysed parliament for 3.5 weeks.

Your ability to leave this thread has been a bit like the UKs ability to leave the EU so far

Stander - it's an hour late - it's 11pm UK time that we would leave, if 31st Oct is adhered to (I think!)

No reason why Parliament can't amend the Benn Act and bring the date forward. In fact, it is one of the lovely things about having an elected parliament in place, that there's very little that Parliament can't do if it votes to do it!
