Hendo - finally got chance to log on to ask how you got on, so I'll mosey on over to your blog. My heel hasn't been too bad this week can walk on waking with only minor niggle that wouldn't have been that noticable without recent issues. I have been back wearing heels thus week so I'm thinking flats & toe post flip flops are not good! We're at a wedding tomorrow & cricket match Sat so I might try a little plod on Sunday and see how it goes. Off to Hendos

Have a word with DIY Diva, Hendo - she's got a splint. I tried the strassburg sock but I found it really uncomfortable.
