Alice the Camel
I'm joining NO in the remedial group.
I haven't done core stuff for absolutely ages, probably years, so decided on a "Run Walk Run" strategy - 10 seconds plank, 10 seconds rest - even that was rubbish! I managed 2 minutes worth ie 60 seconds of plank, before I couldn't lift my stomach off the floor any more. Things can only get better!!!!

I now have a vision of you flipping onto your belly, Alice
I rested in child's pose, easier to get back into plank from there vs collapsing into your tummy!

Done! A total of 2:30 out of the 5. Didn't expect it to be easy but I found myself shaking. My arms between elbow and shoulder really felt it. Can only get better.
Must wear my glasses tomorrow so that I don't have to struggle to see my stopwatch.

My arms felt it too - surprising seeing as your elbows are on the floor and there are no joints to "give"!
"Child's pose", Fleecy?
