Love the Dark Run idea. Never mind twice round for 10k, a friend of mine ran round our local pr for 2 hrs a couple of weeks ago and clocked up 11 miles and another did 100M Arc of Attrition and insists on referring to it as 33.3 parkruns

Right, I am determined to do Yeovil Montacute B, aka Ham Hill on Saturday. Apparently it's the last one before returning to the main course. Weather looks fair (if not cold) and I'm looking forward to it!
