Only up the hill once instead of twice but its a gradual up hill for the first 2/2.5 k and then flat/down for the rest. There are one or two other variations so I hear, not sure if they are easier (but I doubt it!).

Official results have put me at 27.55 my phone has me at 25:47, I suspect that the real time was somewhere in between, but whatever its a PB for the 3rd time.
