For which bit, Saint?
It's not attracting that many walkers. Apart from those trying to run it.
(Thought: that makes Falkirk parkrun extremely inclusive :-). For whilst few people walk all or most of it, about a third to a half of the field walk a bit of it.)

Don't mention the word 'liquidation'. For some reason that seems to antagonise the local bears.

THanks, Dvorak - might be trying it tomorrow, if times work out. I think I’ll be very slow...

Hmm, after reading your blog I’m wondering if road shoes were a bad choice - but the alternative is walking boots. Worried now!

Er, are you in Glasgow already, bebop? I wouldn't have a great expectation of it being on. Considerable weather.* Which may be the case for all the parkruns in the area. Tollcross does have an alternative course, and outside Glasgow, so does Strathclyde but even at that, I have my doubts.
*Rain on old snow, refreezing; and more snow forecast on top. Potentially producing a near optimally bad surface. )Can something be "optimally bad"? I may have to refer myself to the grammar pedants thread.)

Thanks for the warning. I’ll check before setting off tomorrow (which probably means not going, as we’re staying about 16 miles away).

There’s been some inconsiderate weather on the drive up, so not really surprised.
