@DocM - Attempt2 to say hello - A group of us from Tring RC will also be at Oaklands College - so will have blue/white stripes and will remember something from Fetch. That said - looking at the weather - may be covered up - looking forward to the mud!

Took the boy for his 2nd parkrun and he knocked 3 mins off his first attempt.

Keeps me on target for 12 but 20 is looking possible

My ribs are still busted so happy to go easy.

Afterwards we had bacon sandwiches and coffee :-)

No danger of mud in the far north. -5°C leaving the house and -1°C in the park. But its been dry so perfect underfoot conditions and pleasant in the sun.
