We're planning to do Goole parkrun tomorrow as we are visiting my sister in Yorkshire. Any Fetchies around there?

I have ambitions to do Jersey Farm tomorrow but the parking looks interesting. Anyone got any hints or tips?

I have ambitions to do Jersey Farm tomorrow but the parking looks interesting. Anyone got any hints or tips?

There was sufficient parking in the little (free) car park on the High Street with some public loos there too when I did it a few years back, May 2019. It was a 5-10 walk/run up the road to the start. The entrance to the 'park' wasn't the most obvious at first but in hindsight was easy enough to find if you have a rough idea of where it is approx. on the stretch of road.

A number of other visitors had used the car park at the garden centre on the same road further up and a little closer. We didn't as we hadn't planned on staying after the run (the garden centre was the place for coffees after), but in the end we did end up staying as it was lovely friendly event and we got chatting to the core team.

I'd probably wear trails if it's been soggy as much (all?) of it was grass when I was there last but that may have changed since.
