2019 was the 15th anniversary of parkrun. As if cakes really need an excuse!

Great conditions today. Overcast, slight breeze, 18 or 19 degrees. Felt good at the start and managed to get round in a PPPB!

Should probably stop now as it won't get any better....

Very nice to meet 57.5 Days of Xmas at Prospect on what turned out to be a record breaking day; Jessica Gibbon smashed her own female course record and was only 2 seconds outside the overall course record in an outstanding 16:37!

Knockbracken Reservoir for me today. Nice fast tarmac course, three laps, manageable numbers. Looks like an interesting facility, lots of water sports activities on offer.

Have booked a purple bedroom in Bedford for the weekend but with cancellation just in case 🤷‍♂️
