@Torque Steer I hope that settles quickly. And that they got all the bad stuff out. Need to get your run recovery programme back on track!

I think parkrun should win awards for producing the most pompous press releases. 🙃

Good to get that dealt with @Torque Steer

Back at home now and no excuse for not trying regularly - 6 miles run today.

Honestly the leaders of parkrun should get an award for screwing up a wonderfully movement in their drive for, growth, commercialism and self serving 😬 rant over....
Andy I used to get a bus to school from mile end just near the parkrun course. I think I've been back twice to do the parkrun 👍

Intended slow loop around estuary to relax leg muscles, ~6:30/km target average pace. Actual 8.4 km at 6:21. Legs not keen on slower, probably not helped by the SB2 shoes that are not ideal for slower paces. HR 114/132, which I am reasonably pleased with as it included 51 elevation gain.

@Torque Steer I hope the recovery goes well.
@Welshpoppy good to hear that that sleeping has improved and that your run was OK

@NZD that is an impressively low HR.

I am continuing my modified C25K programme, I am now doing repetitions of 3 min jog alternating with 1 min walk. Today I will see the physio again, for the first time since commencing C25K. I will be interested to hear her thoughts on the way forward.

WP. Good news on the sleep front. Massage gun seems to have worked!

Canute physio should be rightly impressed. You have done well.
