The winning team won a sword (obviously). I have two runners up trophies from the one in my then local sports centre (79 and 80). As I recall it the teams were mixed and did, swimming relays, 5 a side football, gym tests, running relays, basketball, and badminton

Reality TV but with people who have actually done something significant, doing something competitive and real. That would be so much better than getting nobodies on telly to do nothing, which seems to go over really well these days.
