um 17 Feb 6:25pm, 17 Feb 2024 8,219 posts	0 um On a more upbeat note than some of the ones above, after (a few weeks ago) a 'get ready for it' letter, then the actual box, I've now got a 'Your (bowel screening test) result showed that no further tests are needed at theis time' letter. Although it takes great pains to point out that ... no screening test is comletely effective. Your result does not guarantee that you do not have bowel cancer ... Although I think they have radically improved the process in the last few years? A lot easier 'collection' and postage, and I assume a virtually fully automated process. From posting to receipt of result only 5 days, 4 of which must be consumed by the post office / mail. That's me done on this for the next 2 years.
