I'll feed back in about an hour on my shingles jab.

I've only ever had Flu jabs alongside COVID jabs and I've felt rough as a badger's chuff the next day both times. I have no experience of the jabs separately so can't make any suggestions on which caused what but I couldn't have done a run afterward if I'd wanted to!

I've had both jabs same day, same arm (I was throwing later and wanted my left arm free of punctures) - and been completely fine. Really.
So all this shows is... you can't predict! Me or Nellers? You won't know 'til you get jabbed.

I've generally been fine after mine. A little bit of tenderness at the Covid injection site last time.

I ran ten miles off-road the day after my 2nd COVID jab. I could do with another asap

That's very kind of them.

I'll feed back in about an hour on my shingles jab. My shingles jab is the only one which made me feel a little unwell for a few days. Nothing too serious, just a bit sniffy and achy.

Nellers: We're all individuals.
Everyone on the thread in perfect unison: Yes. We're all individuals!
