Yes. Different answer if it was Covid. Why? I’ve run after having both and have had no problems.

Twice I've run a marathon the day after a flu jab without any problems.

Last year, Mr Ness and I had flu and covid jabs on the same day. We were OK for the 3 mile walk home after the jabs and (other than slight arm soreness for the first few hours) all was OK. I did my run and weight training as normal the next day. Need to organise my flu jab. Haven't done it yet.

Not sure, after my very first flu jab I went out for a run and fell, might have been the flu jab or perhaps the tree roots, who knows…. 😂

Because last time I had a Covid jab it left me pretty off for a couple of days. Others have said the same.
