Having worked in a GP surgery for a long time, my filters are slightly skewed according to normal people.

Quick question - I had bowel screening and mammogram results back through the post in April, both clear. I looked on my medical record for something else yesterday but noticed that it’s been recorded as “not done” or words to that effect. Do I need to get that altered or does it not really matter if the notes are wrong in this case?

You have to ask permission from the surgery too. I can only see the most recent 3 pages of notes of mine.

I should be able to see mine through the NHS app but I can't, only prescriptions and appointments.
