Considering I have been running seriously for c50 years, I think it would be unreasonable for me to have recorded ALL my training :-p . However I did write it all down from 5/10/95 until I joined Fetch.
My Fetch records show that I first used a GPS watch on 23/10/2011. Until then, it was all manual stop-watching and map measuring :-o .

My original 2 years of running was on kept in a flat file on my old work PC that I had to give back 5 years ago and forgot to get a copy. It would be good to see it...my first run was 1.5 miles...I legged it for about 1/4 of a mile and died on my arse. I had no idea....I use to time it by the clock on my front room mantel piece

My first run is embedded in my brain. 0.5 mile at 12 minute mile pace on a treadmill at the local gym.

My first run was parkrun #2 at Aberdeen beach 15/10/11 with a pair of my sister's trainers - 36.11. Never ran before - not even at school

I did a lot of treadmill runs from 1995 to 1998 but never recorded any of those!

Sigh
I'm pretty confident that if I hadtracked the distance of all my running from 1984 until 2013, it would be a lot less than the 5,000 miles I've run since. In fact I doubt it would break 1,000 miles.

When I started running for the second time, aged 48, I had just read that shoes should be replaced after 500 miles, so all of my running since then was kept on a spreadsheet and then loaded into Fetch. Now heading for and could reach before I am too old, 20,000 miles.

I also suspect that my running from age 13 to 45 would not add up to much.

My first run on here is C25K wk 3 run 1 - so I'd done a grand total of 6 C25K "runs" and two weeks before I found Fetch

My initial outdoor running was pretty random - starting off in April or May 1999, from once around Woking Park to 10 times around Woking Park by early July 1999. I believe it's 1km around that route and it gently undulates!
