Told myself not to be such a wuss a bit later so have just got back from a 5ml run. Annoyingly, that included some walking bits as although my legs were okay, I was struggling to catch my breath.

As is the snow, periodically (including much of parkrun). As I have a race in two weeks and a sore foot, I'm trying to cycle to fitness. (Though anyone looking at my training might wonder if I should be cycling a bit further, then.) *The local industrial estate: more of an oval, really. A handy, slightly tilted, 1100m.

I did go out for a short very slow run in this morning's light snow, and as I've got a very snug warm jacket I needed to wear only 2 shirts underneath :-). I've just cycled to the local bike shop - and it's still snowing, not much though :-).
