Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Could never give up my car if it meant no scone meet up 😂😂😂.

Joiner is here. Luckily Brodie didn't like the noise of the sawing. He kept telling the man "you can't cut my grandma's summerhouse"

My parents liked having a wee Skoda each. I thought keeping Mum's car in case she got back driving again after heart surgery and covid knocked the stuffing out of her was just performative optimism (of which I totally approved) but I was wrong. I expect we'll do the same if we continue to live here and if we can afford it.

There is a strange cat in our garden. Our cat has a tail like a toilet brush.
Strange as in we don't know it, not weird. And our cat doesn't usually have a tail like a toilet brush.

EV’s & hybrid are more expensive to insure than petrol/diesel cars due to them potentially bursting into flames 😁

Friend of mines was £200 more to insure hybrid version of previous petrol car.

first coffee

up early because I’m going back to work today - only to do the occasional shift in the place I used to manage, but it’s still work

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
