Train into Manchester was delayed so missed the connection I was meant to have but found some other people going to same conference and were on another train. This also means I have other people to be with for getting taxi etc to the venue

Our female cat (Phoebe) is not impressed the male cat (Link) totally ignored him. Sully and our dog Bobbie get on great and spent most of last night sat on the windowsill watching the world go by. Sully spent the night in the spare bedroom. Phoebe came down for her breakfast and walked into the living room hissing at a cat that is upstairs. Might be a fun few days
geordiegirl 14 Jan 9:21am, 14 Jan 2025 26,265 posts	0 geordiegirl LV I didn't have any inclination to go neither but my brother discovered Lady Gaga was in residence so we opted to go, first day I thought I was in hell but we did the usual explore the Strip but then we did the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon which I would like to go back and explore rather than the organised trip and there was some national parks I would have loved to explore hence could go back - we probably don't need to go to Vegas though. I do have desires to do the Grand to Grand Ultra, and I said if we do that I will finish with a few days in Vegas Mr gg can get a helicopter to take me back.
