Was about to put the Christmas cheese in the freezer but noticed that it's growing a healthy batch of mould on the outside. Have cut off the mouldy surface layer and am eating what's left.

Very short run as OH is in the office today and I needed to walk Ellie - who was on a go slow.

Trying not to stress my miles are lower than they need to be for 100 this month due to focusing on strength this year.

Lunch incoming.
