Sat in physio waiting room whilst Mrs R as an hours initial assessment. They have provided me with a brew and some shortcake. Trying to avoid the temptation of booking a running clinic appointment or shockwave therapy for my Achilles (on NHS waiting list for that). Another brew and biscuit may swing it 😁

Can anyone remember why I bought a tin of coconut?
I think it was a slow cooker recipe

😁

Not far off cost of shockwave - £65 for a single session or £180 for 3.

It’s not even Yorkshire Tea 😁

My local Aldi no longer stock quark, not a great seller down here perhaps.

The only way I like it is if I make a pastryless quiche as it ups the protein and is tasty with eggs/cheese/veg filling

Ness
Nice leisurely parkrun. Decided not to push it. Don't want any tumbles this close to holibobs! Nice long chat in cafe because this is my last parkrun til February. Lunch with Mr Ness. Now catching up on Fetch news.

Rosehip
Tea, somewhat older than ideal mince pie.
Little jog done, mud has thawed out and it's quite slippy in places.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
