riggys99 1 Jan 10:05pm, 1 Jan 2025 4,648 posts	0 riggys99 Thanks DT It’s not bad managed 6 miles with some on beach on 29/12 then 4 miles with some strides on 30/12. Rested on 31/12 then 4 miles today. Can still feel it but no worse if I run or don’t. Still doing the rehab. How’s yours ?

I’m still doing exercises something like 6 days out of 7
